Purpose and processing
The stated purpose of the enquiry form is to receive, assess and respond to your request about ETE’s services. The browser sends your form fields to the website over HTTPS. Netlify Forms processes submissions. Within ETE, only the founder accesses enquiries and responds to them. Enquiries and related emails are kept as correspondence and are not used for marketing. ETE’s email service was obtained through Hostinger. This form is not a newsletter subscription or an online purchase.
Service providers and international processing
Netlify hosts the website and processes the contact form. Netlify documents Akismet as its form spam-filtering service. The website requests its fonts from Google Fonts; those requests disclose network information, including your IP address, to the font provider. Instagram is an external link, not an embedded feed; clicking it takes you to a separate service governed by its own policies.
These services can involve processing outside the UAE. ETE must confirm the countries, provider agreements and appropriate transfer safeguards applicable to its account. This draft does not represent that a particular transfer mechanism has been verified. Hostinger provides ETE’s email service. The precise email infrastructure, processing locations and applicable provider terms should be verified against ETE’s account.
Cookies and similar technologies
The reviewed website code contains no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising scripts, embedded social feeds, or code that writes cookies or local storage. The homepage response inspected during the review did not set a cookie. This does not establish that every hosting or security request is cookie-free. Retention
